I have been working as a locum GP for The GP and Nurse Practitioner agency for the last 6 months, I find the flexibility extremely useful as it fits in with my other responsibilities. Payroll is efficient and they pay weekly which is really important. They have a choice of walk-in services, GP surgery based primary care and out of hours. From day 1 they have been very knowledgeable, they didn’t waste any time, and got straight on with finding me work. I feel valued, which for me, is the most important thing.

They allocate you a personal coordinator who ensures you get the shifts you want, where you want. They also ensure that you are paid on time. My consultant Adnan has worked tirelessly to get me work and I cannot recommend her highly enough. He’s secured me shifts from June until the end of the year!

I would like to provide feedback for the consultants at The GP Agency. I have always found them to be a reliable agency, who offer a variety of candidates for each role I put out. They try and sometimes succeed in covering my ASAP/Same day requirements, plus can cover different types of staff to fit my needs. They are always at the end of the phone, and answer in the evenings and weekends. They are efficient, organised and a really friendly team which means I never hesitate to get in touch.
